Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
- Goods must be returned within three (3) weeks from date of receipt of order
- Proof of purchase is required
- Kits (and contents) must be in re-saleable condition (only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.)
- 15% Re-stocking Fee will be levied
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
- Downloadable E-Goods are non-refundable
- DVDs, CDs, Tapes, Video & Audio are non-refundable.
