We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds.

Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt
  • Return requests must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for processing

Return Conditions

  • Master Patterns: All contents must be unused, complete, and in resaleable condition with original packaging
  • DVDs: Non-refundable once the exterior seal has been broken
  • Digital Courses: Non-refundable due to the nature of digital content
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations

How to Return Items

  2. Return Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and instructions before shipping
  3. Package Items: Securely package all items in original condition
  4. Ship to: Use the return address provided in your authorization email

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective
  • Original Shipping & Handling: These fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

Refund Processing
