Refund policy

Return authorization required, email info@surefitdesigns.com before returning goods.

Goods must be returned within 3 weeks from date of receipt of order.
Pattern Kits must be complete and unused.  Only goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.
There will be no restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
